You'll train in small, coached groups that follow our proven system, built and refined over nearly a decade to help you get fitter, stronger and more confident every single week.

We offer different training plans to suit your goals - whether that's Hyrox training, hybrid training, Olympic lifting or simply building strength and fitness for life. With flexible booking options, you can train around your lifestyle while still following a clear, progressive plan that delivers real results.

Every session is coached with purpose, so you're never guessing what to do - just turning up, putting in the work and seeing progress.

You will also be part of a community that always has your back, pushing you, supporting you and celebrating every win along the way.
