✅ Weekly Reviews – Each week, your coach will review your training, nutrition, and habits — giving you clear feedback and next steps.

✅ Habit Stacking with Accountability – From sleep and mindset to movement and macros, we build new habits, one layer at a time.

✅ Education That Makes Sense – You’ll access simple, powerful webinars that cut through the fluff and teach you the why, not just the what.

✅ Full Progress Tracking – We track the metrics that matter: how you feel, your energy, training load, nutrition, mood, sleep, and more.

At the end of the six weeks, we review your progress, and if you’ve proven you’re a good fit, you’ll be offered a spot to continue as a Sisu member. Momentum doesn’t stop here.
